Pair of Blue Far Lava Vases by Marei

This stunning pair of mid-century vases were created by Majolikafabrik Rheinbach Jean Fuss, shortened to Marei. Marei were founded in 1949 and ceased trading in 2016. 

These fabulous fat lava vases have been created in a striking blue glaze. The first is a single handled ewer of slender design. The second is a twin handled vase which a very secessionist feel to it. 

They are both in excellent condition with no issues whatsoever.
